Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges on all items except earrings, which are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
If you’d like to arrange an exchange, simply email us at hello@olemacrame.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds, but you’re welcome to exchange.
Delivery
We ship from Malta.
For local deliveries: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and our courier will be in touch to arrange your delivery.
Please allow 2–5 business days – contact us if you need your order urgently. Most times we can arrange a next day delivery.
International deliveries are sent out using tracked international post. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
